Get Involved

At RTC, we rely on the generosity and support of our community to continue making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Donations of Items

We appreciate your willingness to contribute! Below is a list of items we currently need, but if you have something else in mind, please reach out to ensure it can be put to good use. Contact Nita Wilkinson at (937) 651-6312 or at [email protected] to discuss your donation.

Outdoor Activity Equipment

We love engaging our program participants in outdoor activities, and we’re in need of lightweight items like hula hoops, frisbees, and balls to help facilitate these events.

Puzzles

Our ADS (Adult Day Services) program at the RTC Services building is in need of puzzles, particularly those with 48 to 50 pieces. If you’re tidying up and come across some gently used puzzles, please consider donating them instead of tossing them out.

Volunteer Opportunities

We offer a variety of ongoing volunteer opportunities for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact. Volunteers can assist in our day programs, help with community outings, or share their talents by teaching clients special skills—either one-on-one or in small groups. Skills such as sewing, reading, cooking, gardening, and other creative or practical activities are always welcomed.

In addition to regular opportunities, we also welcome volunteers to help with special events throughout the year, including Haunted Halls, the Talent Show, the Christmas Parade, and more. These events are a great way for individuals, families, or groups to get involved and support our programs while helping create fun and memorable experiences for the people we serve.
