Services

Work Programs
We provide two dynamic work programs to help individuals gain hands-on experience while developing essential life and work skills.
- Real Work Experience
Our production floor offers individuals the opportunity to earn a paycheck while learning critical job skills. Participants gain experience in areas such as task management, teamwork, and stamina, helping them prepare for employment in a variety of industries. - Skill Training and Community Volunteering
Through community-based volunteer work, participants develop valuable skills that are transferable to the workforce. Whether contributing to local organizations or participating in in-house activities, individuals build confidence while giving back to their community.
Employment Services
Finding and maintaining employment can be challenging for anyone, and RTC is here to provide personalized support every step of the way.
- Job Placement and Support
Our dedicated employment specialists work closely with each individual to identify their strengths, career interests, and job goals. We assist with job searches, applications, interviews, and on-the-job training to ensure success. - Ongoing Support
Once employed, RTC continues to offer guidance and support to help individuals maintain their jobs and thrive in the workplace. This includes job coaching and communication with employers to address any ongoing needs or accommodations.
Adult Day Programs
Our Adult Day Programs are designed to foster personal growth, social interaction, and independence. These programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, focusing on skill-building, recreation, and community involvement.
- Tailored Activities
We offer a wide variety of activities based on individual abilities and interests. These range from arts and crafts to educational workshops that help build essential life skills. - Community Integration
Our day programs include opportunities for individuals to engage with the broader community. Whether it’s exploring local museums, enjoying a day at the park, or attending community events, our participants are encouraged to be active members of society. - Medical Support
For those requiring additional medical care, RTC offers specialized assistance from trained staff to ensure safety and well-being throughout the day.

Youth Programs
RTC’s youth programs are aimed at helping teens and young adults transition into adulthood with confidence and purpose.
- RISE Program (Ages 14-25)
The RISE program is designed for young adults preparing for the next phase of their lives. It focuses on career exploration, networking, social skills development, and peer support. Participants engage in activities that help them transition from school to the workplace while also fostering independence and self-confidence.
- Summer Work Program
Each summer, we offer teens the opportunity to gain real-world job experience through our Summer Work Program. Participants are placed in various work environments to gain exposure to different careers and build foundational job skills.
